72-86 Baker Street, W1

​​Comprising 71,778 sq ft of office accommodation and a townhouse of 2,041 sq ft, 72-86 Baker Street is an exceptional building. A staggered atrium incorporates an interconnecting glass stair, creating a bright and airy working environment. External amenities are greatly enhanced by the creation of two bio-diverse roof terraces. ​​Henrietta House, London, W1

​​Henrietta House creates a world-class workplace experience for staff and visiting clients with a focus on employee wellbeing and sustainability.The building comprises 143,000 sq ft over 10 floors including five floors of state-of-the-art workspace. The human-centred design prioritises employee wellbeing by maximising natural daylight throughout and includes two on-site wellness studios, a dedicated spin studio, c:300 cycle rack spaces and new parent facilities.

25 Berkeley Square

This imposing building is the fine work of the architect Frank Verity. ​​The original façade, with its Louis VI-inflected styling, conceals a superbly reimagined, modern office space of the highest quality, offering a total of c.56,000 sq ft. Whilst the building’s heritage has been carefully conserved, the interior space has been optimised for 21st century business with an equally contemporary aesthetic. This sensitive enhancement of the interior plan on all floors has ​​resulted in an exemplary BREEAM rating, awarded for its optimal ​​energy efficiency and sustainability.

16 Great Marlborough Street

​​The entirety of the building, comprising 106,000 sqft was pre-let in its entirety to Diageo plc in 2019. The building will become their new European HQ. 16 Great Marlborough Street is currently being substantially refurbished and we expect Diageo to take occupation in 2022.
